Our Programs That Offer Group Therapy in Arkansas

Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP)

Our PHP in Arkansas is designed for those who need structured treatment during the day but want a safe and supportive home setting at night. For those who need more care than standard outpatient treatment or are leaving residential programs, it’s ideal because it doesn’t require 24-hour supervision. Our PHP typically provides clients with clinical care and full-day treatment five days a week.

Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)

The Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) is an intensive form of outpatietn care that lets clients stay in our sober living or a partner sober living home in the area while providing them with more structure than traditional outpatient therapy. IOP is ideal for those who require regular therapy and support but do not require 24-hour medical care.

Outpatient Program (OP)

Outpatient treatment is a non-residential approach to addiction recovery that allows individuals to receive high-quality care while staying in our sober living or a partner sober living home in the area.

Unlike inpatient programs that require full-time residence at a treatment facility, outpatient rehab provides therapeutic support through scheduled sessions several times per week.

Frequently Asked Questions

How Do I Know I Need Addiction Treatment?

Treatment may be helpful if you experience:

  • An inability to regulate substance use
  • You experience withdrawal symptoms when you’re not using substances
  • You continue to use substances despite adverse effects
  • You’ve failed attempts to quit on your own with little to no success.
How Long Does Addiction Treatment at Ozark Recovery Center Last?

Most programs at Ozark Recovery Center range from 30 to 90 days, with the specific length tailored to each individual’s needs. Treatment duration depends on several factors, including the type of substance involved, the severity of addiction, and whether there are any co-occurring mental health conditions that need to be addressed.

How Do I Know What Type of Rehab I Need?

A comprehensive assessment of your substance use history, physical and mental health, living environment, and available support network will help determine the most appropriate treatment approach for your unique situation.

After this confidential evaluation, our experienced clinical team will recommend a personalized treatment plan designed specifically for your recovery journey.

If I Have A Relapse, Do I Need To Go Back To Treatment?

Relapse is not a sign of failure—it’s a common part of the recovery process that many people experience. The key is addressing it quickly and constructively. Several factors help determine the level of care needed moving forward.

The duration and intensity of the relapse, any underlying stressors or triggers that contributed to it, and how well your current recovery plan has been working all play important roles in this decision. Some individuals may benefit from returning to outpatient treatment or adjusting their relapse prevention strategies, while others might need more intensive support.

At Ozark Recovery Center, we provide compassionate, judgment-free guidance to help you regain your footing and strengthen your recovery foundation.

What Is the Difference Between PHP, IOP, and Outpatient Treatment?

Ozark Recovery Center is an outpatient provider in Rogers, Arkansas. We offer three levels of care, and you stay in our sober living or a partner sober living home in the area throughout all of them:

  • Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) is our day treatment option, with structured clinical care during the day, typically five days a week.
  • Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) offers fewer hours per week than PHP, so you can keep up with work, school, or family commitments while still receiving structured therapy.
  • Outpatient Program (OP) is our most flexible level of care, generally used as a step down to support ongoing recovery.

We do not provide inpatient/residential treatment or medical detox. If you need that level of care, our team can help you find an appropriate provider.

Will You Tell My Employer I’m Going to Rehab?

Absolutely not. Ozark Recovery Center maintains complete confidentiality regarding your treatment, and we will never share your information with employers without your explicit written permission.

Your privacy is legally protected under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), which safeguards all your medical information. Additionally, you may be eligible for job-protected leave under the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), which allows qualifying employees to take time off for medical treatment, including addiction recovery, without fear of job loss.

These protections ensure that seeking help for addiction cannot be used against you in the workplace, allowing you to focus entirely on your recovery.
